On Paranoia...

Some women just don't know when to stop thinking. This often leads to an irrational distrust or suspicion towards others.

What am I talking about?
The moments when women find themselves doubting their man or the person that they refer to as their man (which may or may not be requited).

No, this is not mere jealousy. Often I will define jealousy as making you see things that are not really there... This is beyond jealousy which can lead to a more serious psychological disorder.

You have crossed over if:

1. You ask your closest friend to check out the alleged "Other Woman". Check out her internet activities; FB, Friendster, Multiply, Blogs, et. al.
(This is not just any friend, this is somebody you've known since childhood or a long time friend who's seen you at your worst. Not any friend will do since you doubt everybody!)

2. You ask your friend to create a pseudo account or ask your friend to add her as a friend on any of the social networking sites where she comes up on.

3. You ask your friend to grab or copy pictures if ever they get a chance to be accepted as a friend by the alleged "Other Woman".

4. You ask your friend to take pictures or videos of them together so you will have solid proof that they are/were on a date.

5. You are still reading on, thinking... How can I know who you are and what you are doing... you've made sure it was your friend doing the stalking not you!

Hmmm... if you have been together with your so-called man for a few years now and you still think I am a threat... Well, maybe I am... Bwhahahahahaha...

Blood rushes through your head, your heart pounding, an outpouring of random emotions... your first instinct to curse me to high heavens, type a nasty comment telling me off to the next dimension.

Gurl, seek help... it's all in your head.
