On Long and Dragging...

This must be the longest chapter of my life... it started hmmm... about three years ago... it's turning into a freaking saga!!!

I thought this ended a year ago... but talk about the rude awakening from 3 months ago... a vicious freaking cycle... not wanting to end until it turns into a fairytale... happily ever after...

• a garden variety fairytale should have a knight in shining armor or prince charming... who'd settle for a knight or a prince if I can have Aragorn... the King of Gondor!

• a garden variety fairytale should have a damsel/princess who needs saving... du-uh?!! which part of me needs saving?!! Saving me from myself!!! maybe?!

• a garden variety fairytale never celebrated womanhood and gender equality, it was always women needing to be rescued...
  

So how can this turn into a fairytale ending? If it does not have the basic elements of a fairytale?

Let me tell you this, I do not need a fairytale ending... because I am not a princess... I am a Queen! Who needs more than a knight/prince coming to the rescue but a Man strong enough to be my Man... and by my side... not behind me following me around...
